Can I refund my purchase?

Yes! You will be eligible to receive a full refund if no issues were delivered to you. However, if issues have been served, we will pro-rate the refund amount based on remaining issues for your subscription.

How can I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery details, simply log in to your account and update your address under "Delivery Settings".


When will my first issue be delivered?

The delivery date of your first issue will depend on a number of factors, including the date you ordered, the publisher, annual number of issues and the type of magazine you subscribed to. If you are subscribing to print and digital subscriptions, you may receive your first digital issue much sooner.

Do you accept orders outside of the
United States?

No, we do not currently accept orders outside of the United States.

Can I cancel my order?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to cancel your magazine, you can always log in to your account and manage your account or contact us. Please note, you may receive an additional issue or two after you cancel your subscription.

Can I purchase a magazine subscription as a gift?

Yes - a magazine subscription is the gift that keeps on giving! If you want to purchase a year-long subscription as a gift, simply select the gift option at checkout. This will prompt you to fill in the recipients details, and will not auto-renew after the renewal period.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

Instant Start and Digital

What is instant start?

Instant Start is the best way to receive your first issue immediately. When you sign up for a new subscription, you may have to wait weeks for your first physical issue, but with Instant Start, we will send you a one-time digital edition of your first issue to your inbox--even if you didn't sign up for digital subscriptions, so you can start reading ASAP! It's our way of thanking you for choosing Brand Perks!

Is Instant Start the same as a digital subscription?

No! When you purchase a print magazine subscription, you will receive your issues through mail. Think of Instant Start as a bonus gift from Brand Perks.

Does Instant Start count against the total number of issues in my subscription?

Nope! You will receive the full amount of print issues delivered to your mailbox based on your subscription details. For example, if you signed up for a 12-issue magazine subscription, you will still receive 12 print issues. Your Instant Start issue is totally free!
